Thank you for choosing Quiet Flow ("App", "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and <Your Developer Name / Legal Entity> ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Quiet Flow on any Apple-branded devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Quiet Flow provides breath-work, meditation timers, and educational content only. It does notdiagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified physician before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have respiratory, cardiovascular, or mental-health conditions.

3.1 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your Apple ID will be billed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

3.2 Billing & Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

Open Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device to cancel or change your plan at any time. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

If you buy Quiet Flow Lifetime, you receive permanent Premium access on all devices linked to your Apple ID. Lifetime purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute Premium audio files.
• Do not use the Service to publish unlawful or harmful content.

All text, graphics, audio, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights.

We process personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections 5–10 survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quiet Flow.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Nanning, Guangxi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
